Summary

We are seeking an Orthodontist to join our dynamic team at RDC. Located in the northwest suburbs with offices in Norridge and Schaumburg, you will play a vital role in enhancing our patients' smiles while contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental irregularities and malocclusions in adult and pedo cases
• Develop individualized treatment plans for orthodontic care.
• Utilize advanced technology to provide high-quality orthodontic services.
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on orthodontic procedures and oral hygiene practices.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and infection control protocols.
• Experience with Dentrix software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Experience with adult orthodontics, pre-prosthetic ortho, phase 1 appliance therapy

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per day
