About Us

At Integrative Dental of Denver, our mission is to transform lives through advanced orthodontic care that goes beyond straightening teeth. We focus on identifying and correcting the underlying causes of jaw dysfunction and breathing disorders—such as temporomandibular disorders (TMD) and sleep‐disordered breathing/sleep apnea—for patients from children through adults. Our integrative approach means we create treatment plans that address structure, airway health, oral posture, and occlusion so our patients not only get beautiful smiles—but healthier lives.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Orthodontist to join our team, with a passion for airway-centric and structural orthodontics. You will:

  • Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients presenting with malocclusion, TMD symptoms (jaw pain, headaches, muscle discomfort, etc), airway and sleep‐breathing concerns.
  • Develop comprehensive orthodontic treatment plans (braces, clear aligners, growth modification, appliance therapy) that align with our practice’s root-cause philosophy of airway and jaw development.
  • Collaborate with internal and external colleagues—sleep physicians, ENT, myofunctional therapists, etc—to manage patients with sleep-disordered breathing and TMD.
  • Provide care across age groups: early interceptive orthodontics for children, adolescent growth modification, and adult orthodontics focused on airway and functional outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families about the connection between orthodontics, airway health, jaw posture and overall wellness.
  • Participate in practice leadership and growth opportunities. Ownership options are available and encouraged based on your interest.

What You Bring

  • DDS/DMD + Orthodontic specialty training.
  • Comfortable diagnosing and treating orthodontic cases, and motivated to further specialize in airway/structural orthodontics.
  • Strong interest in interdisciplinary care for TMD and sleep‐breathing issues (snoring, obstructive sleep apnea).
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain to patients and families the “why” behind airway‐centric orthodontics.
  • A commitment to excellence, innovation, patient‐centered care, and integrative treatment planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a growing practice.

Why Join Us

  • A practice focused on advanced, high‐value treatment rather than cookie‐cutter treatments—be part of a mission to truly improve lives.
  • Access to a well‐equipped, modern facility in Littleton, Colorado, supporting airway and orthodontic diagnostics and treatment.
  • A structured onboarding program with support for airway/orthodontic continuing education.
  • Opportunity for mentorship (if desired) or independent practice growth.
  • Ownership pathway available for the right candidate who is entrepreneurial and growth-oriented.
  • Collaborative culture—join a team of dedicated professionals who value innovation, patient wellness, and professional growth.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary plus production/bonus potential tied to performance Additional benefits may include (but are not limited to):

  • Earning potential: $200,000 - $500,000+ annually
  • Health insurance
  • Retirement plan / 401(k) matching
  • Continuing education allowance
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Ownership/equity option after a qualifying period

Ideal Candidate Will Also Be Comfortable With:

  • Reviewing airway and jaw‐growth diagnostics (CBCT, cephalometrics, etc.), and integrating them into orthodontic treatment plans.
  • Leading patient education about the relationship between orthodontics, airway, jaw posture, and sleep health.
  • Building a referral network with sleep physicians, ENT specialists, myofunctional therapists, and other allied providers.
  • Contributing to practice growth—both from a case acceptance perspective and by helping raise awareness of airway‐centric orthodontics in the community.

How to Apply

If you’re ready to be part of a forward‐thinking practice that focuses on whole-patient health, we'd love to hear from you! Please submit your CV and a cover letter indicating your interest in airway/orthodontic care, and your experience (or interest) in treating TMD/sleep-breathing issues.
