Salary: QAR 30,000 to QAR 50,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical care in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and diseases.
Perform advanced orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, spine surgeries, and trauma-related operations.
Oversee patient care both pre- and post-surgery, ensuring recovery and rehabilitation processes are well-managed.
Lead and supervise clinical staff, ensuring high standards of patient care are maintained in the orthopedic department.
Manage and optimize operational workflows within the orthopedic department to enhance patient care efficiency.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and institutional policies, maintaining accurate patient records and reports.
Regularly assess and improve department operations, contributing to the overall strategy and performance of the healthcare facility.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience
Valid QCHP license.
Proven ability to manage both clinical patient care and departmental operations effectively.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in Qatar.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining patient-centered care.
Experience in both clinical and operational roles within a healthcare setting in Qatar.
