Salary Range: $250,000 – $400,000

Overview:
A well-established outpatient private practice in New York City is seeking a Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing team. Candidates must have a meaningful connection to the NYC region and experience practicing in Manhattan is required. Familiarity with Staten Island populations is a strong plus. New graduates are welcome to apply if they meet the cultural and geographic criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Perform orthopedic procedures and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide culturally competent, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with completed Orthopedic Surgery residency.
• Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Eligible for NY medical license.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Must have meaningful ties to NYC (living, working, schooling, or long-term experience).
• Experience in Manhattan required; Staten Island familiarity preferred.
• New grads welcome if cultural fit is met.
