We're Hiring: OSS / Tools Administrator!

We are looking for a seasoned OSS / Tools Administrator with 10 years of experience to manage and optimize our operational support systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to enhance system performance and reliability.

Salary - 22000 AED + Benefits

What You'll Do:

• Manage and maintain OSS tools and systems to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OSS applications
• Analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to align tools with business needs
• ️ Conduct regular system audits and updates to maintain security standards
• Provide training and support for end users on OSS tools

Tool Management Responsibilities:

• Administer ManageEngine tool suite (OpManager, EventLog Analyzer, Analytics Plus, PAM360, ServiceDesk, etc.)
• Develop dashboards, SLA reports, alerts tuning
• Support API integration with SIEM, ITSM, APM, and Cloud systems
• Manage tool patching, database upkeep and user access controls

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in managing OSS platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of network operations processes and procedures
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment
