OTM Consultant

Role Purpose

• Deliver functional and technical consulting across all transport modules of OTM including:
• Order Management
• Transportation Planning & Execution
• Supply Chain Visibility & Event Management
• Inventory Visibility
• Freight Bill Audit & Payments
• Core transport and ancillary solutions
• Complete and manage customer work packages within defined budgets, timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Structure and solve customer requirements using templates, frameworks, and native product functionalities.
• Work on transport project solution work packages and change requests with DevOps (internal or external teams).

Main Accountabilities

• Gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver transport functionalities across multiple projects and support engagements.
• Support business project teams in defining IT solution requirements, CRP demos, customer meetings, and solution design.
• Manage implementation of IT project work packages following DevOps ways of working.
• Manage required IT development activities aligned with customer needs and governance policies.
• Provide IT support for live customers including CRs, upgrades, and new releases.
• Deliver project implementation, post-warranty support, and Go-Live assistance.
• Maintain strong working relationships with business teams, customers, project teams, and IT throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform additional tasks or project roles assigned by senior management.
• Conduct business requirement and GAP analysis workshops for template-based implementations.
• Develop test scenarios, scripts, and collaborate with testing teams to automate testing.
• Manage and/or perform IT testing and support UAT activities.
• Prepare and deliver user training documentation for internal and customer teams.

Functional Experience

• Strong understanding of transportation domain requirements with technical knowledge of OTM and tools like Kewill.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• General understanding of ancillary transport systems and B2B integrations (HERE, Transporeon, Centiro, etc.).
• Experience conducting workshops, trainings, and customer-facing events.
• Ability to prepare solution design proposals considering both technical and commercial perspectives.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing work packages delivered by specialists and/or suppliers.
• Ability to build content for customer presentations and provide technical/functional inputs.
• Experience Required:
• 5–8 years total
• 3–4 full lifecycle implementations
• At least one implementation in Agile/DevOps methodology on Oracle Cloud

Geographical Experience

• Experience implementing transport solutions in the latest Oracle Cloud across at least two different regions.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
