TUV Austria Bureau of Inspection & Certification (Pvt.) Ltd. — a globally recognized certification and inspection body — is expanding its Training Division and looking for a motivated Outbound Call Center Representative to drive enrollments for ISO, HSE, and Soft Skills training programs.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote professional training courses.
- Generate leads from B2C and B2B markets and convert them into confirmed participants.
- Explain training programs, schedules, fees, and registration processes clearly and professionally.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, lead tracking, and conversion updates using CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned training portfolios.
- Coordinate with Marketing & Training Operations for promotional campaigns and upcoming sessions.
- Represent TUV Austria at career fairs, university events, seminars, and outreach drives when required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, call center sales, training promotions, or education sector sales (Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills may also apply).
- Strong verbal communication in English & Urdu.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly, handle objections, and close sales confidently.
- Proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, positive attitude, and strong follow-up discipline.
