About the Role:

We are seeking highly motivated Outbound Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in international outbound calling, lead generation, or sales development. Your main responsibility will be to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, qualify leads, and support the sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects in international markets.
  • Generate qualified leads and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Provide daily reporting on outreach performance and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken & written).
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation (international campaigns preferred).
  • Experience selling IT services (Cloud, Digital Transformation, Staff Augmentation) or Digital Marketing solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive, resilient mindset with the drive to achieve sales targets.
