Outdoor Sales - Pest Control Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned pest control sales professional with an established portfolio of B2B clients. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, and should have the ability to leverage their existing network to drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a person with intrinsic motivation, capable to acquire new clients, maintain strong client relationships and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our B2B client base.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consultative Selling: Assess client needs and provide tailored pest control solutions to address specific challenges.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences to enhance sales efforts.
  • Quotations & Pricing: Manage the preparation of quotations, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management

Requirements:

  • Experience in pest control sales
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal)
  • Excellent and professional telephone manner
  • Computer Literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated showing initiative
  • Persuasiveness /sales ability and skills
  • Highly energetic and goal orientated
  • Manages stress well
  • Determined and driven
  • Shows resilience
