Outreach Associate - Telecall Unit

Description

• Conduct different types of calls to donors to maintain better relationships as necessary, including sending account-related information via email.
• Frequently update donor database, including donor details and interactions.
• Manage calls and emails for partners across different country portfolios.
• Liaise with other departments for effective communication.
• Refer calls to appropriate departments as needed and provide donor/prospect feedback to management.
• Achieve fundraising goals and ensure that other objectives and metrics are met.
• Ability to manage high influx of calls during specific periods.

• Possesses strong attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly grasp scripts, programs, and processes with ease.
• Ability to learn and use Sales Force software.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
