Outreach Coordinator

Duties

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with target communities
• Work along side the admissions team to assist with community referrals and pre assessment tasks
• Lead engagements at community events, schools, and organizations to raise awareness
• Coordinate program development efforts by designing engaging activities that meet community needs and organizational goals
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of outreach campaigns
• Collect and analyze data related to outreach efforts to measure impact and inform future planning
• Manage social media platforms and marketing materials to promote events, share success stories, and expand our reach
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local organizations, and community leaders
• Ensure compliance with DHHS & Joint Commission requirements.
• Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with 42CFR, Part 2.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or knowledge of the behavioral health field.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage community organizations confidently
• Background in program development, or social services such as addiction counseling or social work
• Excellent marketing skills with experience managing social media campaigns and content creation
• Ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data for program evaluation and improvement
• Demonstrates leadership qualities
• Administrative skills including record keeping, scheduling, and reporting responsibilities
• Experience in community engagement in the behavioral health field
• Passion for public health initiatives or community service with a proactive attitude toward outreach efforts
• Strong organizational skills with computer literacy

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
