About the Role

Fly2Infinity Consultancy is hiring an Outreach Junior Manager on behalf of one of our reputed EdTech partners. The role focuses on building strong academic and student networks across the Siliguri division through field outreach, engagement activities, and relationship development.

This is an excellent opportunity for energetic and motivated candidates who are interested in education, training, and career-focused programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to colleges, schools, and training centers
• Promote learning programs, skill development initiatives, and student memberships
• Support seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and campus events
• Build relationships with faculty members, student coordinators, and administrators
• Assist senior management in lead generation and institutional tie-ups
• Maintain daily activity reports and field tracking logs
• Collect student feedback and local market insights
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for outreach campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or currently pursuing graduation (any stream)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Interest in education, EdTech, training, or career counselling preferred
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Energetic, positive, and team-oriented attitude
