We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to own and execute high-impact lead generation campaigns. This role focuses on leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing to identify, engage, and nurture potential clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled at turning research and messaging into measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Plan and execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics, optimize campaigns, and report performance.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.
  • Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes, messaging, and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and outreach best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or email marketing.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This role is onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
