Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for business development, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across diverse territories. Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting activities to identify potential clients.
  • Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
  • Present product demos and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and territory analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the product development team to enhance offerings and meet market demands.
  • Manage territory sales goals through consistent follow-up and strategic planning.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis.
  • Ability to perform product demos and technical presentations confidently.
  • Skilled in lead generation techniques including cold calling and networking strategies.
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
  • Experience in marketing strategies related to territory or direct sales campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products/services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
