Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative specializing in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales to join our growing team. This energetic role involves developing new client relationships, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic territory management. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking efforts within assigned territories
  • Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration
  • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that benefit both the client and the company while maintaining profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives and enhance brand awareness

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management, account management, and lead generation effectively
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships
  • Knowledge of inside sales strategies including cold calling, direct sales approaches, and retail sales techniques is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data for decision-making and strategy development in a fast-paced environment
