Key duties

Requirement gathering Meet with stakeholders management and endusers to understand business needs and identify pain points

System analysis Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation

Solution design Design new systems or enhancements creating detailed functional and technical specifications for development

Project management Lead or contribute to projects by developing budgets managing resources and ensuring projects stay on scope and schedule

Technical collaboration Work with IT teams including developers and testers to ensure the implemented system accurately reflects the business requirements

Testing and implementation Develop testing plans coordinate testing efforts and manage the implementation of new systems

Support and training Provide support to users and train them on how to use the new or updated systems effectively

Data analysis Analyze data to identify trends measure performance and provide insights that drive business decisions

Skills required

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both business and technical teams

Analytical skills to break down complex problems and processes
