Packing Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Packaging Head to oversee and manage our packaging department. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of packaging operations, staff supervision, and hands-on experience in product packing. Basic computer and Excel skills are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the packaging team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage end-to-end packaging processes including material handling, sorting, labeling, and dispatch.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of packing tasks.
• Maintain records of daily packing, packaging material usage, and stock status.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and inventory teams for order fulfillment.
• Implement packaging standards, safety measures, and work discipline.
• Monitor staff performance and allocate work efficiently.
• Prepare daily reports using MS Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Male candidates preferred.
• Strong knowledge of packing processes
• Basic computer and Excel proficiency is a must.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling packaging floor activities.
