We’re looking for a sharp, strategic Paid Ads Specialist who can run and scale campaigns across multiple countries without missing the details that drive real results. This isn’t just about boosting posts or adjusting bids—you’ll be designing campaigns that deliver measurable impact across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, PPC, email, and beyond. Your goal?

Drive high-quality traffic, generate leads that convert, spark meaningful engagement, and deliver ROI that genuinely impresses clients.

What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)

1. Craft Strategies That Deliver

  • Design tailored paid marketing plans that align with client goals, audience insights, and budgets.
  • Think multi-platform: combine Google Ads, social ads , email , and PPC into a cohesive, high-performing paid ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads with a performance-first approach.

2 Manage, Optimize, and Scale

  • Launch and oversee daily high-performing social and search campaigns.
  • Monitor results and make fast, smart optimizations—tweaking audience targeting, bidding, ad copy, landing pages, and budgets.
  • Confidently run all major Google Ads formats: Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, App campaigns, and more.

3. Let the Data Speak

  • Dive into metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates to uncover hidden opportunities.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports that explain what’s working, what needs improvement, and why.
  • Combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to address root issues, not just surface-level problems.

4. Spend Smart, Earn Smarter

  • Take ownership of client ad budgets—track spending, optimize flows, and ensure every rupee works hard.
  • Reallocate budgets as needed to maximize ROI and deliver scalable results.

5. Collaborate and Communicate

  • Work closely with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure paid campaigns enhance overall marketing efforts.
  • Communicate results and ideas clearly in English, both written and spoken.
  • Stay proactive, adaptable, and calm even when campaigns or priorities shift.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in paid advertising or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bing, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
