What You'll Do:
Paid Advertising / PPC:
- Build, monitor, and optimize paid advertising across Google, Meta, and other platforms to help small businesses achieve their ROI goals.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to improve KPIs
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking to ensure proper attribution in GA4 & digital platforms
- Be ahead of the curve with new platforms and changes to the PPC world.
Analytics:
- Report actionable insights and campaign status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, creating clear reports in Looker Studio that tell the story behind the numbers.
- Proactively identify trends and opportunities to improve client performance.
Collaboration:
- Work with the digital marketing team, including the web developer, graphic designer, and marketing coordinator, to smoothly execute campaigns.
- Join and contribute to client kickoff meetings and monthly update meetings as needed to stay informed and up to date.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Execute technical audits, on-page optimization, schema implementation, and SEO strategy using tools like SEMRush and Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with the team on websites to ensure site architecture and SEO foundations.
- Manage local SEO and optimize Google Business Profiles and other online listings
- Stay in the know of SEO changes to constantly provide SEO best practices to our partners.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, preferred.
- 2+ years of experience managing SEO & PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding KPI goals for partners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to understand and interpret data.
- Deep proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Familiarity with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
- A willingness to learn, troubleshoot issues, and challenge norms to promote growth.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with basic HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- WordPress experience
- Experience with paid social advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
- Familiarity with call tracking and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus.
Position Details:
- Position Type: full-time position
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Target Start Date: February 2, 2026
- Location: Local hybrid position in York, PA. While we offer flexible scheduling and work-from-anywhere options, this role requires 3 days per week in the office for dedicated team collaboration, planning, and client-facing meetings.
Pay + Perks:
- Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
- Time Off: 10 Days (2 Weeks) Paid Time Off.
