Paid Media Specialist (Onsite) — Houston, TX
A fast-growing personal injury firm in Houston is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of high-stakes digital advertising across Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSA), Meta, Bing, and complementary channels. This is an onsite, full-time position based at our Houston headquarters.

We’re looking for someone who is precise, analytical, proactive, and confident managing campaigns that directly influence signed cases — not just leads. What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LSAs, Meta, and Bing.
- Work with large monthly budgets and maintain accountability for every dollar spent.
- Ensure airtight tracking across GTM, pixels, tags, UTMs, and conversion events.
- Conduct a full campaign audit in your first month and identify opportunities.
- Build strategic keyword structures for high-value PI categories and complex case types.
- Develop and execute A/B tests across ads, targeting, landing paths, and creative assets.
- Collaborate with intake, SEO, content, and vendor partners to support full-funnel performance.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting with clear insights, trends, and next-step actions.
- Step in when performance dips, especially with vendors, and help realign strategy.
- Stay updated on platform changes and leverage AI-driven optimization tools when applicable.

- Ability to work onsite and collaborate across multiple teams

Work Environment
- Onsite in Houston, TX
- Standard 8–5 or 9–6 schedule, 40 hours/week
- Occasional overtime depending on business needs (hourly + OT eligible)
