Overview
You will be an energetic, detail-oriented Paid, On-Site Social Media Specialist responsible for elevating our brand presence through dynamic campaigns and strategic, real-time content creation. This on-site role offers the unique opportunity to engage directly with our audience, collaborate with internal teams, and bring innovative digital marketing strategies to life. You’ll leverage your expertise to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and strengthen our overall brand presence through multiple social media platforms. Duties

• Develop and execute on-site social media campaigns aligned with brand goals across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging visual content using various design programs to enhance posts and advertisements.
• Manage social scheduling and monitoring through social media management tools to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) using keyword research and best practices to improve visibility.
• Implement and manage Social Media Advertising campaigns, tracking performance metrics with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
• Interact with followers to strengthen brand community, respond to inquiries, and support relationship management.
• Oversee photography and video editing projects to produce high-quality multimedia content that supports brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
• Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support overall business operations. QuickBooks experience required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally with an emphasis on on-site execution.
• Proficiency in various graphic design programs.
• Experience using social media management tools for scheduling and monitoring.
• Experience managing Social Media Advertising campaigns and interpreting data through Google Analytics.
• Skilled in content creation including photography, videography, video editing, proofreading, and branding development.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at once.
