We're currently looking for a Paid Search Executive with strong knowledge in Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, as they will directly deal with concepts teams and stakeholders, handling their queries, and should be able to speak English fluently. The candidate should be organized, multi-task oriented, and a problem-solver. Good knowledge of paid social media is a big advantage.
The candidate will receive proper onboarding to sharpen skills and utilize their knowledge effectively towards our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Google Ads campaigns implementation (SEM, GDN, Shopping Ads, YouTube, App Campaigns, etc.)
- Daily/weekly/monthly optimization of Google campaigns
- Uploading creatives for sales campaigns in a timely manner
- Tracking targets versus achievement and identifying actions to improve performance
- Budget planning and proposing appropriate budget allocations to meet KPIs
- Collaborating with team members on cross-channel reporting and overall budget allocation
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Google Ads, including SEM, GDN, Shopping ads, and app campaigns, preferably in e-commerce or web & app performance-oriented organizations
- Ability to manage workload seamlessly, meet deadlines, and keep the team on track for time-sensitive deliverables
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Good knowledge of web & app analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, branch.io, Adjust, etc.)
- Strong reporting skills and comfort with cross-channel reporting
- Analysis skills to identify trends and insights to drive performance and develop customer acquisition strategies
- Ecommerce experience is a significant advantage
