Responsibilities

- Develop compelling ad creatives using graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, ensuring visual consistency with brand standards.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to target the right demographics effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights; adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging multimedia content including videos, images, and copy that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Engage in social listening to monitor brand reputation, gather customer feedback, and identify emerging trends or potential PR issues.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or influencers to amplify campaign reach and foster strategic partnerships.
- Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement metrics, and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, SEO best practices, and digital advertising innovations to keep campaigns fresh and effective.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns with a strong understanding of Facebook Advertising and other major platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating eye-catching visuals.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics for data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques to monitor brand sentiment and market trends.
- Strong content creation skills encompassing writing, photography, video editing, and proofreading to craft compelling narratives.
- Experience with social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.
- Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze campaign data critically and adapt strategies swiftly for continuous improvement.
