We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, enhancing brand visibility, and driving engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing strategies, AI, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaign performance. The successful applicant will play a key role in elevating our digital presence through targeted advertising and compelling content.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram.
  • Utilize tools like Facebook Advertising and Buffer to schedule, monitor, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Create engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support campaign objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO strategies to enhance content discoverability and engagement.
  • Perform social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and generate actionable insights.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify campaign reach.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, branding consistency, and quality before publication.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to produce videos, graphics, photography, and other multimedia assets for social campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, social media management, and e-commerce strategies to continually improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer (application), and other scheduling platforms.
  • Strong graphic design skills with expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and other platform-specific ad management tools.
  • Ability to create compelling content including videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding strategies.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for all published materials.
  • Familiarity with public relations principles and relationship management within digital communities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including branding, social listening, influencer outreach, and e-commerce integration.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to analyze data-driven insights for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is highly valued. Job Type: Part-time
