Painter

Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Painter to join our premium cleaning and maintenance team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting surfaces in villas, apartments, and offices, while ensuring all work areas are kept clean, neat, and safe before and after each job.

Main Duties:

• Prepare walls and other surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
• Cover and protect nearby areas, furniture, and fixtures before painting.
• Clean up after jobs — remove tape, wash brushes, tidy work areas, and dispose of waste properly.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Ready to join immediately.
• Some painting or maintenance experience preferred (especially in premium villas, apartments, or offices).
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and safe chemical use.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to stand, bend, or lift as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
