Position: Palliative Care Specialist
Organization: Supportive Care Specialist (SCS)

Position Type: Part-Time
Supportive Care Specialist (SCS) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for patients living
with serious or life-limiting illnesses across the Seattle region. We provide
compassionate, patient-centered palliative care within Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and
acute care facilities. Our mission is to integrate clinical expertise with empathy—helping patients
and families navigate complex healthcare decisions while improving comfort, communication,
and dignity.
We foster a physician-friendly, team-oriented environment that empowers clinicians to focus on
high-quality patient care and meaningful patient relationships, rather than administrative
burden. This position offers autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to provide expert care to
patients with complex medical needs in LTAC and acute care settings.
Position Overview
