Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal fluent in Spanish to join Peterson Law Office. We are a plaintiff-focused personal injury firm dedicated to exceptional client service and results. We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Paralegal to support our attorneys and provide high-quality service to our diverse client base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law or insurance industry related experience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in the pre-litigation claims process. As a Paralegal at Peterson Law Office, you will play a crucial role in the client experience from case intake to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage legal case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up-to-date.
• Draft correspondence.
• Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather information pertinent to cases.
• Utilize project management skills to track deadlines and manage case timelines effectively.
• Collaborate with attorneys on litigation strategies and provide support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to ethical standards in the legal profession.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw.
• Familiarity with NetDocs, CasePeer, or similar legal case management software is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting documents and interacting with clients.
• Experience in personal injury law or the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a law office environment.
• French or other language proficiency a plus.
