Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled part-time paralegal with experience in litigation and landlord-tenant law. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in managing cases from inception through resolution, supporting both litigation and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation cases, including preparation, filing, and service of pleadings.
• Draft legal documents such as motions, affidavits, subpoenas, contracts, subscription agreements, and trusts.
• E-file documents and ensure compliance with filing requirements across multiple platforms.
• Conduct legal research as requested by attorneys.
• Support attorneys in case management, organization, and preparation for hearings or trials.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in litigation and landlord-tenant law.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Proficiency in e-filing systems and comfortable learning new platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $25.21 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:
