Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, filings, and client correspondence.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate client records.
• Conduct research to support case strategies and filings.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates, and answer general case questions.
• Coordinate with attorneys to ensure deadlines are met and cases move forward efficiently.
• Support attorneys in hearings, meetings, and case preparation.
• Handle administrative tasks related to case management and client intake.
• Knowledge on Consular Processes.
• Comfortable tracking case metrics such as cycle times, RFE response rate, and client satisfaction

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal (immigration law experience a plus).
• Proficiency with family-based USCIS forms (I-130, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131, I-601A, I-212, N-400, etc.).
• Ability to identify and request appropriate supporting documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, divorce decrees, passports, proof of bona fide marriage, etc.).
• Familiarity with USCIS timelines, interviews, and notices.
• Knowledge of fee payments, document uploads and interview scheduling.
• Understanding adjustment of status vs. consular processing.
• Knowledge of case types such as marriage-based petitions, parent/child petitions, fiancé(e) visas.

Competitive based salary up to $60,000 a year, plus benefits and bonus.
