Paralegal – Personal Injury
Welcome to Pond Lehocky Giordano, the largest and most accomplished Workers’ Compensation law firm in Pennsylvania. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing Haddonfield, New Jersey team.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping injured individuals and supporting our attorneys in delivering exceptional legal representation across New Jersey and New York.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with some of the region’s best trial attorneys, manage a dynamic caseload, and play a vital role in achieving justice for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in managing and advancing cases through all phases of pre-litigation and litigation.
- Organize and maintain case files, discovery materials, and evidence.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement demands, and other legal documents.
- Review and summarize medical records, expert reports, and other case materials.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives to obtain necessary documentation and updates.
- Coordinate depositions, medical examinations, mediations, and court appearances.
- Track case deadlines, statutes of limitation, and hearing schedules.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure timely and efficient case progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (plaintiff or defense).
- Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation in New Jersey.
- Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing medical records and discovery materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with case management software (Litify experience preferred or willingness to learn).
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and firm success.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with the laws, court systems, and Rules of Civil Procedure in New Jersey state courts
- Prior experience supporting attorneys through the entire litigation lifecycle, including settlement negotiations, and preparation for and attendance at trial.

Work Location: In person / 1-2 days/week work from home
Pay: $68,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
