Paralegal – Real Estate Transactions

Company Overview
The Mogharebi Group (TMG) is a multifamily real estate investment and advisory firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transactions Paralegal. This position supports executive leadership and sales advisors, and plays a key role in managing contract processes, coordinating due diligence, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Position Summary
The Real Estate Transactions Paralegal is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and organizing all transaction-related documentation while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. This role requires strong follow-up, calendaring, communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our Senior Paralegal with activities related to real estate transactions.
- Prepare and review purchase offers, letters of intent, purchase agreements, listing agreements, amendments, and other real estate documents.
- Review and analyze partnership agreements, operating agreements, preliminary title reports, surveys, land leases, right-of-first-refusal agreements, and related materials.
- Create and maintain escrow timelines, due diligence checklists and deadlines, closings and supporting transaction documentation throughout each transaction.
- Coordinate communication between property owners, buyers, advisors, and internal departments.
- Research and interpret applicable state statutes, regulations, contract laws, and real estate-related issues.
- Maintain organized hard-copy and electronic file systems; document internal processes as needed.
- Address routine client inquiries and escalate more complex issues.
- Manage competing deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Paralegal experience REQUIRED; real estate experience a plus but not required.
- You must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of follow-up (REQUIRED), organization, accuracy, and dependability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and document management tools.
- Proficiency with DocuSign
