Part-time Experienced Gardener/Maintenance Tech/Materials Driver

Hello, we're an established landscaping business located in North/East Nashville looking for part time gardening help - planting annuals, weeding, pruning, mulching, etc!

For this role you must be experienced and know basic plants and their maintenance. There would be some additional training to go over standards and client expectations to further your knowledge and skill. Must be able to drive a 12-ft company box truck to client properties around Nashville metro. Additionally, you would drive to nurseries to pick up and deliver plants to assist our installation crew.

We are looking for gardeners who are experienced, have a good driving record, reliable, communicate well and can thrive working independently with some guidance.

This position requires a lot of on the fly decision making and each day is a bit different. Clients may make special requests, a tire may go flat, the nursery inventory can be wrong and you have to drive an hour away, weather changes... etc. Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor conditions year round.

Working hours between 7:30-4pm and at least 3-4 days a week for a total of 20-30 hours. Part time to start but opportunity for extra hours if the fit is right. Pay $24-27 depending upon experience. Bilingual a plus.
