We are seeking a Part-Time HR/Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) or similar healthcare roles and be able to support both recruitment and onboarding functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, screen, and interview Certified Home Health Aides and other healthcare staff
- Manage job postings, sourcing, and applicant flow on Indeed and other job platforms
- Communicate with applicants and schedule in-office applications, interviews, and orientations
- Assist with the onboarding process, including reference checks, credential verification, and hiring documents
- Help facilitate new hire orientation and ensure compliance with agency policies and state requirements
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking, recruitment logs, and weekly reports
- Provide general support to the HR department as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, HR, or staffing strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Indeed, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and managing communication
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment and onboarding timelines
- Must be available to work in person in our Somerset office
Schedule and Pay:
- 25 hours per week, in-person
- Flexible scheduling within business hours
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
