Part time Lawyer

Job Overview
We are looking for a part time attorney licensed in the State of GA and admitted to the United States District Court in the Northern District. We are a multi jurisdictional Consumer Rights Law Firm focusing on Fair Credit Reporting, Fair Debt and and Truth in Lending claims.

Duties

• Review and approve complaints, discovery requests and discovery responses.
• Appear in court from time to time as needed;
• Sponsor the pro hac admissions of other lawyers in our firm when necessary.

Hours are flexible to fit into your schedule. Looking for 10-20 per week. Could grow into a full time position.

Experience

• Must be licensed by the State Bar of GA
• Must be admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of GA
• Consumer experience is a plus
