Thrive Tutoring is seeking a warm, experienced, and engaging early childhood/elementary educator to homeschool two children in a private family setting. The children love crafts, projects, and creative activities, and the family would love a teacher who can develop imaginative lesson plans that include monthly themes and project-based learning.
Most importantly, the family values structure and organization. They seek an educator who can confidently lead and create a well-rounded, detailed weekly plan that addresses the needs of all three children. Both mom and dad are actively involved and enthusiastic about joining various activities and celebrations—like hosting a pool party at the pool house when all the kids reach their goals for the week. The family’s approach is well-rounded and structured, woven naturally with Christian values and Biblical lessons.
