Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-focused Partnerships & Events Manager who thrives in a creative, high-energy environment. You’ll play a key role in expanding the platform’s ecosystem by cultivating strategic partnerships and delivering high-quality events that engage and grow the community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections, curating impactful experiences, and contributing to the growth of an early-stage wellness brand.


Key Responsibilities

Partnerships

  • Identify, research, and approach potential partners across wellness, corporate, lifestyle, community, and influencer networks.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners.
  • Develop partnership proposals, outreach messaging, and collaboration concepts.
  • Coordinate co-branded activities such as workshops, talks, activations, and community events.
  • Maintain an organised partnership pipeline and track progress through internal tools.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, calls, and networking engagements.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure efficient onboarding of new partners.


Events Management

  • Plan, manage, and execute all events including workshops, talks, community activations, and corporate wellbeing sessions.
  • Handle all logistics: scheduling, venue booking, equipment, set-up, and registrations.
  • Coordinate attendee communication and ensure smooth event flow from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with practitioners and partners to craft engaging, high-value event content.
  • Lead on-site event execution and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Track attendance, gather feedback, and report on event performance.
  • Maintain an organised event calendar aligned with brand priorities.
  • Oversee larger events with the support of internal or external teams while maintaining ownership of overall planning and direction.


Community Engagement & Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing team to promote events and partnerships effectively.
  • Support community engagement initiatives across online and offline channels.
  • Build collaborative projects with practitioners, influencers, ambassadors, and community groups.
  • Uphold consistent, high-quality brand representation in all communications and interactions.
  • Identify new partnership categories and community growth opportunities.


Operational & Administrative Support

  • Track KPIs across partnerships, collaborations, and events.
  • Maintain up-to-date agreements, databases, calendars, and communication logs.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Prepare essential documents including briefs, schedules, checklists, and event reports.
