What You’ll Do

As a Parts Assistant, you’ll help support all parts department employees and keep operations running efficiently. You will:

• Keep warehouse and dock areas clean, safe, and organized
• Pick orders according to invoices or packing slips and prepare for shipment via UPS, Hunter delivery, or customer pick-up
• Operate equipment safely, including lift trucks and hand trucks, using required PPE
• Dispose of used cardboard, skids, and garbage daily
• Deliver parts to/from customers or suppliers as requested using a company vehicle
• Work in a team environment while maintaining a professional appearance
• Adhere to and promote all health and safety policies in the workplace

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to complete and pass OSHA-approved forklift training

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Driver’s License (must meet company insurability standards)

Physical Requirements

• Regular walking, standing, and use of hands and arms
• Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Regular lifting/moving up to 50 lbs, frequent lifting/moving up to 100 lbs, occasional lifting/moving over 100 lbs
