Location: Munger, Bihar
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Care Executive to join our healthcare team. The role involves ensuring smooth patient experiences, coordinating care services, and acting as a bridge between patients, doctors, and hospital administration.

• To interact respectfully in the Local language of the patient
• Manage the Floor and work diligently on patient care.
• Coordination with Doctors about process flow
• Responsible for handling patient queries & patients feedback.
• To process IHMS applications relevant to Registrations
• Responsible for Hospital Data Management and preparing MIS report
• Responsible for coordinating with the patient care & HR department about reports.
• To represent the hospital ethos under all circumstances.

• Responsible for ensuring Patient Satisfaction.
• Organize supplies, stocks examination rooms, and maintain supplies at adequate inventory

• Assist with orientation and development of new PCAs
• Participate in meetings and trainings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
