Patient Care Float RN Manager

Trustbridge Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated RN Manager to work with us managing our Interdisciplinary patient care group in our West Palm Beach location while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm

What You'll do

• Supports and carries out the organization’s mission, vision, and values on a consistent basis.
• Serves as a professional leader in assessing, planning, guiding and evaluating patient care.
• Interacts with management, physicians, and field staff utilizing a teamwork approach.
• Assists with training, and evaluation of all team clinical personnel
• Maintenance/development of the clinical record

What You'll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
• BSN preferred
• Hospice certification preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• One year of recent leadership experience in hospice, oncology, medical/surgical, or home health, public/health, geriatric care experience preferred.
• Expertise in support skills, palliative care, and educational techniques.
• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
