Patient Interaction & Support

  • Greet patients and families warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Handle all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to appointments, services, and clinic information.
  • Provide accurate information about the clinic’s pediatric neurology services, consultation process, and policies.
  • Assist families in completing registration and consent forms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate with empathy and professionalism, especially when supporting families with special-needs children.

Appointment & Coordination

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with neurologists and supporting specialists.
  • Coordinate follow-ups, referrals, and diagnostic test appointments to ensure continuity of care.
  • Liaise with the clinical team to manage patient flow efficiently and minimize waiting times.
  • Support with insurance verification, authorization, and billing inquiries when needed.

Customer Service & Quality

  • Handle patient concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to the clinic manager when appropriate.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence in line with clinic standards.
  • Participate in patient feedback and service quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and patient confidentiality regulations.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate patient and call logs using the clinic’s healthcare management system (EMR/CRM).
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on patient volumes, feedback, and service performance.
  • Support front-desk operations and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinic, or customer service environment (pediatric or neurology experience preferred).
  • Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and clinic management systems (e.g., EMR, CRM software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
