Patrolling Supervisor

Brief Job Description:

a. Deploy, manage, schedule, brief and advise security guards on security, and enforcement practices and codes of conduct across assigned areas or shifts.

b. Conduct regular patrols and unannounced spot checks to ensure compliance and vigilance.

c. Ensure the safe and proper operation of all assigned patrol vehicles.

d. Act as a roving patrol, focusing on isolated security posts, high-traffic areas, and identified trouble spots.

e. Instruct others in security and enforcement procedures.

f. Identify problems or concerns and take prompt, appropriate action based on the facts, operational constraints, and potential consequences.

g. Maintain expert knowledge of security policies, rules, and regulations.

h. Demonstrate expertise and leadership in security guarding assignment.

i. Coordinates security operations or enforcement activities for the assigned area or shift.

a. College diploma or University degree

b. Advance training in a role as indicated below. All training certificates must be submitted.

c. Qatar Driving License will be an added advantage

Background Experience Required:

a. Minimum of 10 years security experience in a security position in a national or international recognized security guarding company.

b. Security experience must include 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar post within a 4/5-star hotel, airport, shopping mall, hospital, large venue, university, or school.

c. Police experience must be 4 years or more in an operational role.

e. 6 years of security experience is required of which 5 years must be in supervisory role.

f. Military experience must be 4 years or more in an operational role.

g. 6 years of security experience is required of which 5 years must be in supervisory role.
