Job Description:
• Manage analytical projects in the payment systems field and contribute to the development of new products and services with a data-driven approach.
• Work closely with business units to generate strategic insights on customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and market analysis.
• Provide actionable insights through ad-hoc analysis, to aid business unit decision making processes.
• Develop models to enhance payment systems performance using big data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence tools.
• Ensure data quality and standarts using SAS and SQL; analyse the architectural structure of customer and payment systems data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement analytical solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to share analytical findings.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in payment systems, card payments, or banking.
• Knowledge of portfolio management, CRM, campaign management, and card payment products.
• Strong skills in data analysis, business intelligence and data science
• Ability to solve business problems using SQL, SAS, Python or other relevant data analytics tools.
• Effective communication with various business units and stakeholders, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and results-oriented approach.
