Location: Baidyabati (Lalgate), Hooghly

Shift: General (10:00 am - 06:30 pm)
Salary: 14k - 16k NTH (Depends on experience & skill)

We are urgently looking for a Payroll MIS Executive who can independently manage day-to-day HR operations with responsibility, accuracy, and professionalism. The ideal candidate must be confident, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling a large workforce of approx. 150 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file PF & ESI challans, maintain statutory compliance documentation
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly attendance records for ~150 employees
• Execute full-cycle salary calculation, overtime validation & monthly payroll support
• Maintain employee records, joining/exit formalities & personnel files
• Handle employee grievances professionally and resolve issues calmly & effectively
• Draft official letters, notices, emails & HR communication
• Maintain HR MIS reports with 100% accuracy
• Coordinate with departments for discipline, admin activities & manpower updates
• Support safety, compliance & policy implementation across the plant

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations (manufacturing experience preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of PF–ESI portal, challan preparation & compliance follow-ups
• Good command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Pivot, Filters)
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Office & Email Drafting
• Minimum 25 WPM typing speed (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to take responsibility and deliver error-free work under deadlines
• Good interpersonal skills for handling employees & grievances
• Qualification: Graduate (Any stream), HR certifications preferred
