Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support our construction and project sites in Riyadh.

🔹 Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in payroll.

- Must have experience in construction, contracting, or project-based companies .

- Strong understanding of site-based payroll components including:

Field allowances - Overtime - Shifts -Site attendance systems

- Experience processing monthly payroll cycles with accuracy and within deadlines.

- Good understanding of labor regulations, end-of-service calculations, and employee entitlements.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.

🔹 Responsibilities:

- Preparing and processing monthly payroll for site and office employees.

- Verifying attendance, overtime, deductions, and allowances received from projects.

- Coordinating with project managers to ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll data.

- Updating employee records and maintaining payroll documentation.

- Handling employee inquiries related to salaries and financial entitlements.

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
