About the job
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist, Saudi National to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary processing for a large and diverse workforce. This role requires strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees.
· Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and Saudi labor regulations.
· Maintain and update payroll data in the system in a timely manner.
· Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams on payroll adjustments, deductions, and approvals.
· Prepare and present payroll reports for management review.
· Manage employee benefits, statutory deductions, and leave-related calculations.
· Support internal and external audit requirements.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll records and sensitive information.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)
· 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll management
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
· Proven experience in payroll operations within Facilities Service Management or a similar sector
· Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· High level of accuracy, responsibility, and professionalism
