Job Summary

We are looking for an Arabic-speaking and English PC Gaming & Computer Sales Associate to work inside our showroom in Abu Dhabi. The role includes welcoming customers, presenting products, selling and buying new and used computers, gaming PCs, laptops, and accessories, and keeping the displays organized and attractive. A good technical understanding of computers and gaming hardware is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the showroom and respond to their inquiries.
• Sell new and used computers, gaming PCs, laptops, and related accessories.
• Support the sale and trade-in (buying) of used devices after basic technical checking.
• Present and explain product features (specs, performance, compatibility, upgrades, etc.).
• Arrange and organize products and displays in the showroom.
• Record daily sales and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Provide professional customer service that builds long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and preferably good English.
• Previous experience in electronics or computer / IT/gaming sales is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of:
• Computer hardware (CPU, GPU, RAM, SSD, etc.).
• Gaming PCs and gaming accessories.
• Laptops and major brands (especially Apple, Samsung, and popular PC brands).
• Ability to explain technical specifications to non-technical customers in a simple way.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work under sales pressure and deal with different types of customers.
