PCB Designer

Innovative Circuits Engineering, Inc. specializes in a range of electronic services including Reliability Engineering, PCB Design/Assembly, Failure Analysis, Board Level Reliability Testing and ESD. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detailed oriented and a team player to join our company.

PCB Layout Designer responsibilities:

• PCB's for Burn-in, HAST, ESD, Load Boards and other types of boards as required.
• Component selections based on specifications.
• Schematic entry, net list preparation and verification.
• PCB Layout: (efficient component placement, best practice routing, manage copper pours, organize silkscreens and define solder masks).
• Implement design changes as needed, update design database and good documentation.
• Prepare Gerber files and fabrication drawings.
• Generate drawings for assembly.

Experience Requirements:

2+ year’s hands-on Schematic and PCB design experience minimum

Tools/Software: Altium Designer, ODB++, and CAM350.

• Experience in use of Altium Designer is a requested minimum.
• Experience in use of CAM350 is a requested minimum.
• Experience with trace length matching, impedance control and design rules.
• Experience with tight pitch designs as small as 0.35mm pitch.
• Experience with AutoCAD, PCAD and OrCAD is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP database software for Parts and Bills of Materials.

Qualification: College Degree preferred but not essential.

Pay: $27.00 - $36.00 per hour
