Minimum Qualification: Graduation

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Generate leads and convert them into potential customers
• Identify and assess customer needs, providing tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring appropriate solutions and follow-ups for customer satisfaction
