Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to guide and train patients and their families regarding Peritoneal and Automatic Peritoneal dialysis techniques so they can run therapies independently.
• Responsible for upkeeping and taking All accessories with them required during therapy.
• Responsible to maintain safety protocols during therapies.
• Responsible to maintain All records and logs of technical issues and day to day problems.
• Ensure that all patient emergencies are reported, handled and managed without any delay, keep nephrologists in loop for any uncertain situation regarding patient and machine.
• Maintain patient therapies records in prescribed format and record patient vitals before during and after therapy in soft and hard form.
• Responsible to create monthly statistics of patient therapies & share with reporting heads.
• Responsible to share machine performance feedback to quality department on regular basis.
• Responsible for upkeeping of All documents in soft form in company one drive.
• Accomplish any other action task assigned by reporting heads.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and skills of all APD and PD Functions
• Ability to Operate PD machine
• Bachelors in Dialysis Technology or Nursing
• 02 – 05 years’ experience
• Decision Quality & Problem-Solving Skills
• Ability to remain calm in stressful condition

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
