PEB Fabrication & Erection Supervisor

1. Role Overview:
Responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities involved in the fabrication and erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), ensuring safe, efficient execution in accordance with design specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

2. Key Responsibilities:

PEB Fabrication:

• Oversee fabrication operations in the workshop or site fabrication yard.
• Ensure all fabrication work complies with approved drawings and quality requirements.
• Monitor cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly of steel components.
• Verify material availability and coordinate with the procurement team as needed.
• Conduct dimensional, alignment, and welding quality checks as per relevant codes.
• Prepare and maintain daily production and progress reports.

PEB Erection:

• Supervise erection of PEB structures at site, including columns, rafters, purlins, and sheeting.
• Plan safe erection sequences and lifting activities.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and erection teams.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and bolting of structural components as per drawings.
• Oversee installation of roof and wall cladding.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.

3. Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in PEB fabrication and erection.
• Strong understanding of fabrication drawings and erection techniques.
• Ability to manage manpower and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
• Good knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,877.99 - ₹35,238.54 per month
